This year Christmas Day fell on a Sunday, and it was agreed by BFA leadership that the services would go on as usual. We had a combined communion service planned, along with our Praise Team of guitar, drums, tin whistle, organ, piano, violin and vocals...all led by Vickie H. The music and scriptures complimented nicely Ted B's sermon, which centred on the wonder of the incarnation. We were encouraged that many of our congregation considered this meeting a priority. A special gift was the appearance of Marion D, along with Ginny and Jan! This special visit reminded us that it was a very special person that came to the first Christmas, and we all praised God for the birth of Jesus. It is a good thing to enter into the house of the Lord in praise!
