The Hearing band drove all the way from Quebec City to come to Bible Fellowship Assembly and put on an 2014 Outreach Concert. The band arrived in the afternoon, and after setting up the equipment, and doing sound checks, they enjoyed a hearty meal with some of the believers. Doors opened at 7 pm, with Mathew Guevarra (Youth Pastor S.P. Pentecostal) doing the first opening act. Matt did an excellent job and has an amazing gift of music and praise. Following his presentation, the Hearing took stage with over an hour of solid Christian music. The drummer Eva kept everyone on beat, while the keyboard and vocals from Jon were powerful. Members: Elizabeth Caron - Bass, Eva Moreau - Drums/Vocals, Jon Rash - Vocals/Keyboard, Tom Fournier - Guitar; sang out a great blend of praise and worship to Jesus. Approximately sixty were present for this time. Over $300 was raised to support the Good Samaritan Homeless shelter and some six Bibles were accepted by those that came. It was such a good kick-off to our new year at BFA, and we look forward to doing this (d.v.) again!
