This spring we had our regular Good Friday and Easter Sunday Celebrations. All those who read scripture and those who shared in the ministry of praise music, assisted each who attended with remembering both the death and suffering of Jesus, and His triumphant resurrection. Our series in Ephesians has now ended, with the summer sermons on the topic of the Good Kings of Israel. Each third Sunday, we generally host a luncheon for all who may be able to stay. Our first luncheon BBQ was held in July, and although the temperature was cool, (20 C) the fellowship was warm. Another BBQ is planned for later. In addition, this June BFA supported and participated in Time to Lead Concert outreach in Ramore Ontario where over 700 attended this 2 day event. The outdoor concert was also a highlight for Hannah,Trevor and Becky, Julie and Rick's music team called Glorify. The end of June concluded with BFA's Sunday School picnic, complete with games, BBQ and swimming. It was a fun filled time for all. We are all looking forward to Church in the Park on August 24, when the entire church proceeds to McIntyre Park for a combine inter-church outdoor service. Hope to see you there!
