On Sat. the entire church family of Bible Fellowship was invited to participate in a Vision 2020 Event. About sixty met together for subs, soup and  a time of sharing around the table. While the children of families were taken under the wings of Holly, Rachel, and Chester, for a childrens program, the balance of the congregation were  introduced by Phil to some of the challenges and blessings which face the church as we anticipate the next five years. What will BFA look like in the year 2020? A quick look at leadership (elders and deacons) reminded us that there is need for new leaders as current leadership is growing older. We began each of four groups led by Jim, Wally, Steve and Dave with a time of mutual prayer. Strengths and weaknesses of our church were examined via group discussions, brain storming and sharing. We completed our time together with summaries and with the firm hope that God would continue to grow and build this church.
